Chicken Curry

Ingredients for Chicken Curry:
- Chicken thighs – 4 lb
- Yellow onion – 2 medium (sliced)
- Tomato – 1 (diced)
- Carrot – 2 lb (sliced)
- Potato – 2 lb (diced)
- Chicken broth – 2 quart
- Chicken bouillon – 1 tsp
- Worcester – 1 tsp
- Soy sauce – 1 tsp
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Garlic – 2 tsp
- Curry – 3 packages (1/2 packages)
Chicken Curry instructions:
- Sear chicken thighs in a large stockpot
- Add onions and tomatoes and saute
- Add potatoes and carrots
- Add chicken broth, Worcester, soy sauce, salt, and garlic
- Add 1/4 package of each curry
- Boil for 2 hours
- Add 1/4 package of each curry, shred chicken and serve over rice
